Rental Prep Clean

Also known as the whole house "Detox Clean".

This service is intended to get your rental property deep cleaned for optimum Routine Cleaning results. Similar to a Construction Clean, our team will focus on high-traffic and hard-to-reach places that need more specific and detailed work. The Rental Prep clean will leave your home sparkling and sanitized from floor to ceiling.

While Routine Rental Cleans focus on everyday cleaning tasks, the Rental Prep clean addresses the areas of your home that are often neglected. This includes walls, baseboards, and ceiling fans, just to name a few.

We go beyond vacuuming and dusting and get deep into the corners to rid your space of all dust, dirt, and grime. We use checklists to ensure no corner of your home is left untouched.


Rental Prep Cleans may include:

  • Wet-wipe doors, door frames, door knobs, and light switch plates

  • Wet-wipe ceiling fans, hanging light fixtures, and vents

  • Vacuum, edge, and groom carpeting

  • Dust and wet-wipe all furniture

  • Dust items on furniture and lampshades

  • Vacuum tops of drapes or valances

  • Scrubing hard surface floors, including corners

  • Scrub and dry sinks, showers, and fixtures

  • Clean the interior and exterior of toilets

  • Clean mirrors, glass in picture frames, and any other glass surfaces

  • Clean inside and outside of all appliances, including stoves and your fridge to rid them of any food smell
